Gain Capital Adds O’Grady, Calhoun to Board

Gain Capital Holdings has named Crevan O’Grady and Christopher Calhoun to its board of directors. O’Grady, a partner with private equity firm 3i, replaces 3i managing director Ken Hanau. Calhoun has served as a senior advisor to the company since 2009, and replaces board member Roger Tarika.
