Gauge Capital has named Jason Snider as chief financial officer. Previously, Snider was CFO of a large unnamed family office.
Southlake, TX – Gauge Capital (“Gauge” or “the Firm”), a leading growth-oriented lower middle market private equity firm, announces the appointment of Jason Snider as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Mr. Snider will lead Gauge’s finance, accounting, financial reporting, and tax functions.
Prior to joining Gauge, Mr. Snider was the Chief Financial Officer for a large Family Office where he led the finance, accounting, tax, human resources, information technology, and portfolio management functions. He previously held several senior roles at TPG Capital and started his career in the business consulting groups of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young.
