Globalive Capital has taken its C$3.75 billion offer for wireless carrier Freedom Mobile directly to Shaw Communications amid frustration Rogers Communications has blocked the investment firm from the sale process, the Globe and Mail reported. Freedom Mobile is up for sale as part of Rogers’s proposed C$26 billion takeover of Shaw. Rogers has held talks with a number of prospective buyers.
