Go-Jek raises over $550 mln from KKR, Warburg: UPDATED

Go-Jek, of Indonesia, has raised more than $550 million in a round of funding from KKR & Co and Warburg Pincus, Bloomberg News reported. Farallon Capital Management and Capital Group Private Markets also participated in the round, the story said. Go-Jek provides motorcycle rides on demand. UPDATE: KKR in an Aug 4 statement, confirmed the more than $550 million fundraise by Go-Jek. Investors include KKR, Warburg Pincus, Farallon Capital and Capital Group Private Markets, as well as existing shareholders and other international investors.
