Biotronic NeuroNetwork, a portfolio company of Great Point Partners, said Tuesday that it has acquired Neurophysiology Associates. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Athens, Georgia, Neurophysiology Associates is a provider of intraoperative monitoring services for physicians.
