Graham Partners is running a solidly “mid-market” single-asset continuation fund deal, looking to extend its hold over portfolio company Gatekeeper Systems, which it acquired in 2019, sources tell affiliate title Buyouts.
The deal is among a wave of GP-led CV processes that are live, or are expected to go live this year.
