Graycliff Partners has made a mezzanine investment in Naumann Hobbs Material Handling Inc. Phoenix, Ariz.-based Naumann is a material handling equipment distributor and aftermarket service provider. Graycliff provided an undisclosed amount of subordinated debt financing in support of a recapitalization of the company.

Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, Naumann Hobbs is a leading full-service material handling equipment distributor and aftermarket service provider. Graycliff provided subordinated debt financing in support of a recapitalization of the company.
