PRESS RELEASE

Arma Partners is pleased to announce that it has acted as financial advisor to Great Hill Partners on its acquisition of Notonthehighstreet, the UK’s leading curated marketplace connecting small creative businesses with consumers worldwide.

Headquartered in Richmond (UK), Notonthehighstreet is home to 5,000 small creative businesses and 3 million customers, who can explore the platform’s 250,000 curated products across a wide range of categories. The Notonthehighstreet brand has gained customer loyalty by offering an alternative to the High Street: quality craftsmanship and a uniquely curated product selection. Notonthehighstreet’s prior investors include Index Ventures, Venrex and Eight Roads Ventures, in addition to Burda Principal Investments and Industry Ventures, who will remain as shareholders.

The acquisition builds on Great Hill’s proven track record of investing in digital marketplace champions with global reach, such as Wayfair and TheRealReal, and Great Hill will support Notonthehighstreet’s management team in the execution of future strategic initiatives.
