UCC Environmental announced today the completion of a new strategic investment from Green Hills Partners (Green Hills) and Clavis Capital Partners (Clavis). UCC’s existing owner will remain as a partial owner alongside Green Hills and Clavis. This new partnership will accelerate UCC Environmental’s evolution into a highly diversified global environmental services solutions provider.
