Greenbriar Equity’s EDAC Technologies names new president/CEO

EDAC Technologies Corp., a portfolio company of Greenbriar Equity, said Wednesday that it has named J. Mark McDonald as president and CEO. Prior to joining EDAC, McDonald worked at Rolls Royce, where he served as COO and executive vice president of energy. McDonald will be succeeding current CEO Dominick A Pagano who is retiring but will serve on EDAC’s board. Headquartered in Cheshire, Conn., EDAC is a provider of components for the aerospace and industrial sectors.

Cheshire, CT: EDAC Technologies Corporation (“EDAC” or the “Company”), a leading supplier of precision machined and composite components and assemblies to the aerospace and industrial sectors, announced today the appointment of J. Mark McDonald as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. McDonald joins EDAC from Rolls Royce, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Energy, and previously as Chief Operating Officer of Civil Aerospace.
Current EDAC CEO Dominick A. Pagano is retiring but will remain with the Company for a period of time to facilitate a smooth transition and will also continue to serve thereafter as a member of EDAC’s Board of Directors.
