Greg Steve Joins Huron Capital

Greg Steve has joined Huron Capital Partners as a Pittsburgh-based principal. He previously was a managing director and regional manager with National City Business Credit.


Huron Capital Partners LLC announced today that Greg Steve has joined the firm as a Principal and will significantly expand the firm’s growth and late-stage investment activities in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey and New York from Huron’s Pittsburgh-based office.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial sector working with middle-market businesses across a variety of industries, Mr. Steve will be responsible for driving the firm’s Pittsburgh office efforts to originate, complete and manage investment opportunities in the region. Huron is an operations-oriented equity investor primarily focused on creating business platforms which can be significantly grown organically and through add-on business acquisitions.

Prior to Huron, Greg was a Managing Director and Regional Manager at National City Business Credit. Mr. Steve has also held senior level positions with PNC Bank where he was a Senior Vice President and Market Manager in their asset based lending group. Greg holds his B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business. Greg serves on the Business School advisory Council at IUP and is past President for the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
