Encore Consumer Capital said Monday that Daniel Gross has rejoined the firm as a Vice President. Gross is responsible for deal origination and execution as well as portfolio company oversight. He was previously with Encore from 2008 until 2011 before attending the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Dan is responsible for deal origination and execution as well as portfolio company oversight. He works closely with Encore investments Zuke’s and PhillySwirl, where he is also a director. He was previously with Encore from 2008 until 2011 before attending the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he received an MBA and was an Arjay Miller Scholar. Dan received a BA in Political Science from Northwestern University and began his career as a strategy consultant at L.E.K. in Chicago. He is also a guest contributor to Forbes on the topic of consumer products.
