H.I.G. adds two to European mid-market LBO team

H.I.G. Capital LLC is expanding its European middle-market LBO team with the addition of Rohin Jain as a managing director and Nishant Nayyar as a principal. Both will be based in the firm’s London office.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Jain led Triton Partners’ healthcare sector team. And before that, he worked at Mistral Equity Partners and UBS Investment Bank.

Nayyar is a former principal at Apax Partners where he spent 10 years in the TMT industry. Before that, he was a private equity investor at Warburg Pincus and started his career as a consultant at Bain & Company.

Based in Miami, H.I.G. has over 34 billion euros of equity capital management, according to the firm.
