HandStands buys Lexol

HandStands said Monday it bought the Lexol business, and its associated products and brands, from Summit Industries. Financial terms weren’t announced. Marietta, Georgia-based Lexol provides products to take care of leather. HandStands is a portfolio company of Trivest.
