HarbourView acquires Big Loud Mountain Music’s share of Florida Georgia Line’s music catalog

HarbourView Equity Partners has acquired Big Loud Mountain Music’s share of Florida Georgia Line’s music catalog. No financial terms were disclosed.

Country duo Florida Georgia Line has sold over 26 million tracks and 3.5 million albums, and has won numerous awards and nominations from the ACM, AMA, Billboard, and CMT Music Awards. They were formed in 2010 by Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard.

Headquartered in Newark, HarbourView is focused on investing in the media and entertainment space. Since launching nine months ago, the firm has acquired 40 music catalogs. It was founded by Sherrese Clarke Soares.

Most recently the company acquired the catalogs of Brad Paisley, Lady A, Hollywood Undead, Dre & Vidal, and Luis Fonsi.
