Hastings invests in Coyote

Hastings Equity Partners has made an investment in Houston-based Coyote, a provider of safety equipment rental, safety product sales, high angle and confined space rescue and in-plant communication services. No financial terms were disclosed. Locke Lord LLP provided legal counsel to Hastings while Cadence Bank provided financing support for the transaction.
