HCI-backed Tech24 acquires commercial kitchen and HVAC repair firm TEMCO

Tech24, backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Jackson, Mississippi-based TEMCO Inc, a provider of repair and maintenance services for commercial kitchen and HVAC equipment. No financial terms were disclosed.

Tech24 is a provider of repair and maintenance services for foodservice and commercial HVAC equipment.
