HCI Equity Partners has sold Albany, Georgia-based SouthernAg Carriers Inc, a transportation and logistics service provider for agricultural and related processed food manufacturers. No financial terms were disclosed.
“HCI was an incredible partner for our company,” said SouthernAg CEO John Kenneally, in a statement.
