HG Capital has hired Arma Partners to sell Iris Software Group Ltd, in a deal that could value the software company at over 1 billion pounds ($1.4 billion), Sky News is reporting. Iris, of the U.K., provides accounting and payroll software to the U.K. accounting market. HG has held a stake in Iris for 14 years, the story said.
