High Road Buys SMB Machinery

High Road Capital has acquired SMB Machinery Systems via a recap. Financial terms weren’t announced. Ball Ground, Ga.-based SMB provides packaging and processing equipment. Ryan Mitchell, Nicole Guarella, Allan Cruickshanks and Houston Stokes of BB&T Capital Markets provided financial advice to SMB.

On October 18, 2013 SMB Machinery Systems (“SMB” or “the
Company”), was recapitalized by High Road Capital Partners (“High
Road”). BB&T Capital Markets served as the exclusive financial advisor
to SMB.
