HKW promotes two and hires two

Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company Inc has promoted Kent W. Robinson to partner of operations and Wilson Ren as senior associate. Also, HKW has hired John D. Lammers and Brendan P. McLoughlin as associates.

Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc. Promotes Kent W. Robinson and Wilson Ren and Announces New Hires
Indianapolis, IN – Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc. (“HKW”) is pleased to announce two promotions and two new associate hires. “We are excited to welcome Kent into the HKW partnership. Throughout his tenure, he has proven himself time and again as a tremendous asset to our portfolio companies. Wilson has been a valuable member of our transaction team over the last few years, and we are excited to announce his promotion as well. Finally, we welcome Brendan and John to the firm and look forward to adding their deal execution capabilities to the team,” said Ted Kramer, President & CEO of HKW.

Partner, Operations
Kent joined HKW in April 2015. Prior to joining HKW, Kent worked for 9 years at Stanley Security, a division of Stanley Black & Decker, in a variety of management and executive leadership roles. Preceding Stanley, Kent worked for JohnsonDiversey and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.

Senior Associate
Wilson joined HKW as an Associate in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Wilson worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer Group at Robert W. Baird in Chicago.

Associate
Brendan joined HKW as an Associate in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Brendan worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Coker Capital Advisors in Charlotte.

Associate
John joined HKW as an Associate in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, John worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Piper Jaffray in Chicago. BS, Indiana University Kelley School of Business
