Hoffmaster Sold in Secondary Buyout

Hoffmaster Group, a portfolio company of Kohlberg & Company, has been acquired by Metalmark Capital. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Hoffmaster is a North American designer, manufacturer and supplier of disposable tableware (including napkins, plates, tablecovers and placemats) sold to major consumer retail and foodservice customers.
