HSBC is in talks to sell its French retail bank to Cerberus Capital Management, reported the Wall Street Journal. No financial terms were disclosed. The news outlet noted that Cerberus plans to combine HSBC France with My Money Group, a French lender it acquired in 2017 from General Electric.
