Hub International Adds On

Hub International Ltd., a Chicago-based insurance brokerage, has agreed to acquire the assets of Unity Group Insurance, which has three offices in Ontario, Canada. No financial terms were disclosed. Hub was taken private earlier this month for $1.8 billion, by Apax Partners and Morgan Stanley Principal Investments. www.hubinternational.com
