PRESS RELEASE
We like wall art. We like building companies. So, why not add on to our wall art business?
Huron is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lot 26 Studio, Inc., which is now part of Artissimo Designs. Lot 26 designs and markets adhesive wall decor (a.k.a. decals), and it stacks nicely with Artissimo’s sales force, purchasing, content relationships, and reputation for exceptional customer service.
Artissimo and Huron have been hard at work in the past year, improving margins and building cashflow. From a foundation based on operational improvements, the launch of Artissimo Sports has been a huge hit, with wall decor licenses from all major North American professional and collegiate athletic programs.
Good stuff, but we’re not done building yet…
