Imperial Capital Adds John Putrino

Imperial Capital has added John Putrino as a managing director in the investment banking group. Previously Putrino was the head of North American lodging and leisure for the investment banking group at Credit Suisse. In his new role, Putrino will be based in New York, and will focus on the real estate, lodging and leisure sectors.

Imperial Capital announced that John Putrino has joined the Firm as Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group based out of the firm’s New York office.

Mr. Putrino will lead Imperial Capital’s investment banking practice in the Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure sector. Mr. Putrino has over 15 years of investment banking experience and has completed over $85 billion of advisory and financing transactions. He comes to Imperial Capital with extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, leveraged finance, initial public offerings, joint ventures and equity-linked securities. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Putrino was the Head of North American Lodging & Leisure of the investment banking group at Credit Suisse.
