Infinity Homecare has completed its acquisition of Advanced Homecare and AHC Southwest. Infinity is represented by the Tampa-based investment team of HealthEdge Investment Partners. Headquartered in Sarasota, Florida and founded in 2006, Infinity Homecare provides home health services in the state of Florida through licensed and Medicare-certified agencies.

Infinity Homecare, LLC (“Infinity”) announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Advanced Homecare, LLC (d/b/a Vitalcare Home Health) and AHC Southwest LLC (collectively, “Vitalcare” or the “Company”). Infinity is represented by the Tampa-based investment team of HealthEdge Investment Partners, LLC.
Headquartered in Sarasota, Florida and founded in 2006, Infinity Homecare provides home health services in the state of Florida through licensed and Medicare-certified agencies. Infinity offers a broad range of services for physicians, patients, and clinical programs. The company currently offers these services from 27 locations in eight districts in the state of Florida.
Founded in 2010, Vitalcare has patient care operations in Florida districts six and eight and has primary locations in Tampa and in Sarasota. The Company provides a comprehensive range of home health care services including nursing and rehabilitation services as well as specialty programs for those patients with cardiac, neurodegenerative, pulmonary, and orthopedic conditions.
