Australia-based Infomedia, an automotive software provider, has received a buyout offer from Battery Ventures for A$657.6 million or $466.76 million, reported Reuters. The newswire noted that the bid is “5 Australian cents more than the rival proposal from a consortium led by U.S. private equity firm TA Associates.”
