Insight Equity Buys American Civil Constructors

Insight Equity has acquired a control stake in American Civil Constructors Holdings Inc., a provider of civil and landscape construction services in the Denver and San Francisco areas. No financial terms were disclosed.

(“ACC”), which may merge with one of Insight Equity’s existing portfolio companies at a later date. With approximately four decades of experience, ACC is one of the nation’s premier civil and landscape construction companies. ACC has a geographically diverse client base through its operation hubs in Denver and the San Francisco Bay Area. ACC is a preeminent provider of road rehabilitation and paving services, bridge construction and repair, reservoir and culvert construction, sports field and golf course construction, as well as commercial landscape construction.
