Insight Venture Partners has named Ian Sandler as a chief operating officer. Previously, Sandler was the COO of global equities at Citadel. He is also a former partner, COO and chief legal officer in Carlyle‘s global market strategies division.
NEW YORK, Nov. 15, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Insight Venture Partners, a leading global private equity and venture capital firm, today announced that Ian Sandler has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Ian will have direct responsibility across Legal, Finance, Compliance, Investor Relations, IT, HR and Onsite. As COO, Ian will focus on scaling the organization and will report directly to Deven Parekh.
