Intact closes C$3.2bn private offering with Canadian pensions
Intact Financial Corp, a provider of property and casualty insurance in Canada, has closed its previously announced C$3.2 billion private placement offering with Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board.
