Intermedix Adds On

Intermedix Corp., provider of billing services to emergency medical service providers in Texas, has acquired the assets of Texas ER Medical Billing Inc., a provider of revenue cycle management services for hospital-based emergency physicians. No financial terms were disclosed. Intermedix is a portfolio company of Parthenon Capital.

Intermedix Corporation, the leading provider of technology-based business services to emergency providers, announced today it has acquired the assets of Texas ER Medical Billing, Inc. (“TERM”) of Mansfield, Texas.

TERM is a leading provider of revenue cycle management services for hospital based emergency physicians. For more than 17 years, TERM has specialized in coding, billing and reimbursement services and is particularly focused on optimizing the reimbursement process. Jackie Willett, founder of TERM, will continue to lead the Mansfield office of Intermedix as a Senior Vice President of Operations in the Emergency Department (ED) division.
