Energy-focused firm Intervale Capital invested in Dynacorp Energy Services, an equipment designer for the oil and gas industry. The investment forms part of the Canada-based company’s efforts at recapitalization.
CALGARY, Alberta and HOUSTON, May 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Intervale Capital (“Intervale”), an energy-focused private equity firm, has made a growth equity investment in Dynacorp Energy Services (“Dynacorp”). Dynacorp provides innovative sand management solutions, well testing and production processing equipment to operators and service providers in the oil and gas industry.
Justin Morin, Dynacorp’s co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, sought the investment as part of a broad recapitalization of the company. Justin has served in numerous roles and leadership positions throughout the company since joining in 2002.
