Marco Pierettori has joined Investindustrial, a Southern European investment group, has internal legal counsel. He previously ran legal, compliance and audit operations for Lehman Brothers in Italy.

Investindustrial has announced the appointment of Marco Pierettori as its internal legal counsel. In his new position at Investindustrial, Marco is responsible for the group’s legal, compliance and internal audit functions. Marco previously spent four years at Lehman Brothers where he was head of the Legal, Compliance and Audit division for the Italian operations.
Prior to Lehman, Marco spent four years in New York and London working for the US law firm Davis, Polk and Wardell advising corporate clients on US-EU cross border issues. Marco is a member of both the New York and the England & Wales bars, received a degree in Jurisprudence from La Sapienza University in Rome and a Master of Law from the University of Virginia.

Investindustrial is expecting to further expand and strengthen its team in the coming months. Marco will be based in the Swiss office as part of the investment and monitoring team.
