


Investindustrial has named Cordelia Dolan as a principal. Dolan will have talent management responsibility at the investee company level. Most recently, she was talent director for Inflexion Private Equity. She will be based in London.

21st April 2022 – Investindustrial has appointed Cordelia Dolan as a Principal with responsibility for Talent Management at the investee company level.
Based out of Investindustrial’s London office, Cordelia brings a decade of experience in talent management and acquisition, most recently serving as Talent Director for Inflexion Private Equity. Prior to that, Cordelia spent six years with Skillcapital, a global executive search and advisory firm dedicated to private equity. In this role she built strong relationships with a broad group of CEOs, CFOs and board members from both public and private companies across Europe and the US.
Cordelia started out in her career as an analyst at Mactavish, a research firm focused on the Insurance industry, and spent time with The Press Association in their communications team. She holds a BA in Philosophy from Trinity College, Dublin.
