Investindustrial to form Italian mechatronics hub; Cinven plays in smart logistics with Ongoing Warehouse; Hypax buys non-ferrous metals business

Investindustrial has acquired TSM Sensors, High Tech Products and Almec, which together will be combined to form TACH Systems Group, a mechatronics hub in Italy.
