Ironbridge Equity Partners closes Fund II on C$154 mln

Ironbridge Equity Partners has completed fundraising on its second private equity fund on C$154 million. The firm beat its original target of C$125 million. Elm Capital worked as placement agent on the fundraising.

Ironbridge Equity Partners (“Ironbridge”) today announced that it has completed the final closing for its second private equity fund, Ironbridge Equity Partners II, LP (the “Fund”), raising C$154 million from Canadian, US and UK investors and surpassing its initial target size of $125 million. The fund was oversubscribed by institutional investors and brings the fundraising process to a close in less than ten months of marketing.
