The stock began trading Friday on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “NDRM.” Jefferies and Cowen and Company are the lead underwriters. NeuroDerm’s backers include The Elias Group.
Rehovot, Israel. – November 13, 2014 – NeuroDerm Ltd., a clinical stage pharmaceutical company developing drugs for central nervous system (CNS) diseases, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,500,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $10.00 per share. In addition, NeuroDerm has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 ordinary shares. NeuroDerm shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on November 14, 2014 under the ticker symbol “NDRM.”
Jefferies LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and Roth Capital Partners are acting as co-managers for the proposed offering.
