Ivanhoé Cambridge and CCP buy Manhattan office building for about $650 mln

Ivanhoé Cambridge and its partner Callahan Capital Properties have acquired 85 Broad Street, an office building in downtown Manhattan. The price of the transaction was approximately $650 million.


MONTREAL & CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ivanhoé Cambridge and its partner Callahan Capital Properties announced today that they have acquired 85 Broad Street, a prestigious office building in Downtown Manhattan, New York, for approximately US$650 million.
