Chi-X Global Holdings LLC said Sunday it is selling Chi-X Australia, Chi-X Japan and Chi-Tech Hong Kong to J.C. Flowers & Co. Financial terms weren’t announced. Chi-X Global operates market centers in Australia, Canada and Japan while Chi-Tech provides technology services to its business lines.
NEW YORK – January 24, 2016 – Chi-X Global Holdings LLC today announced that J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC has entered into an agreement to acquire Chi-X Australia, Chi-X Japan and Chi-Tech Hong Kong.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close in Q1 2016, pending regulatory clearances.
