JGI, a Rochelle Park, N.J.-based enterprise software and business intelligence company, has acquired ValueMine Consulting, a New York-based boutique management consulting firm focused on profit improvement and management processes. No financial terms were disclosed. JGI has raised around $14 million in VC funding from firms like Edison Venture Fund and HarbourVest Partners.
