JLL Partners said April 6 that its seventh fund closed at $1 billion. Investors of JLL Fund VII LP include Colorado PERA, Cal Regents, Montana, Travelers Companies and certain funds and accounts advised by Neuberger Berman. JLL’s prior fund collected $807 million in 2009. The New York private equity firm invests in sectors including aerospace, healthcare, building products, financial services, and business services.
JLL Partners closed its seventh fund, JLL Fund VII, last week, reaching its fundraising target of $1 billion.
JLL has already closed on three portfolio investments for Fund VII; two in aerospace-related industries and one in building products. Some of the LPs committed to Fund VII include Colorado PERA, Cal Regents, Montana, Travelers Companies and certain funds and accounts advised by Neuberger Berman.
