Jobs of the week: SVB, Fortress, Macquarie and Neuberger Berman are hiring

Silicon Valley Bank is looking to hire a vice president of private equity services. The hire will drive, manage and maintain banking and lending relationships with private equity and venture capital firms. The position will be primarily charged with maintaining current relationships and with the ability to cross-sell and develop new business. Candidates should have excellent credit analysis skills as well as five or more years of commercial banking or related experience. The position is in Menlo Park, California.

Fortress Investment is recruiting for a private equity associate. He or she will analyze and execute investment and asset management strategies; develop flexible financial models; and perform ad hoc financial forecasting, analyses and modeling. They will also conduct and coordinate financial analyses, reports and presentations to facilitate making important business decisions, including acquisitions and capital raising. Applicants should have two to four years of experience as an analyst at a top investment bank; an M&A background is preferred. The job is in New York City.

Neuberger Berman is on the hunt for an investment strategist in the greater New York City area. The successful candidate will be involved in a client-facing capacity and tasked with creating asset allocation strategies and communicating them to clients. Also, he or she will also be expected to actively identify investment strategies that maximize client success as well as distribution opportunities for the firm. Applicants should have seven to 10 plus years industry experience required; an MBA, CFA and/or other designations are preferred.

Macquarie is seeking an infrastructure private equity investor relations senior analyst for its New York City office. The hire will be responsible for executing key components of the company’s global investor relations program. This individual will also support the chief financial officer in the development and management of the firm’s consolidated model and ad hoc reporting matters. Candidates should have seven to 10 years of experience in investor relations, and/or securities analysis.
