3i Group is seeking an infrastructure planning and operations manager. Duties include key financial planning processes in the infrastructure business line. He or she will report directly to the chief financial officer, covering financial planning, forecasting, liquidity management, budgeting, portfolio valuations and employee remuneration schemes. Applicants should have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting and financial modelling. Job is in London.

Washington, DC-based investment firm Enlightenment Capital is currently seeking to hire an associate. The hire will perform private debt/equity investment analysis, support portfolio analysis/monitoring, manage transaction diligence, and help support other key aspects of the business. Applicants must have a minimum of two to three years in private equity or private debt (preferred), investment banking or public accounting supporting private equity clients at a top-tier firm. He or she should have topnotch academic credentials for this pre-MBA position. Exposure to the aerospace and defense industry is a plus, but not required. Hamilton Lane is recruiting for a private equity associate to join its secondary team at the firm’s Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania office. The hire will be responsible for evaluating secondary investments in private equity funds and companies on a global basis. Applicants should have four to seven years experience within the following segments of the financial industry: private equity, investment banking, capital markets or valuation services. Prior private equity secondary-related investment experience is strongly preferred.

Z Capital Partners is interviewing for a private equity associate. Duties include performing financial analysis supporting investment decisions and providing analytical support to senior management on corporate and strategic initiatives. Job is in the greater Chicago area. Candidates must have a minimum of four years of financial markets experience, preferably in private equity, fixed income or investment banking, with a background in credit, bank debt and high yield bonds.

Cantor Fitzgerald is looking to add an experienced healthcare-focused investment banking associate to its midtown Manhattan office. According to the firm, the hire will be active in developing, structuring and executing a broad range of advisory assignments and financial transactions for the firm’s clients.
