AlpInvest Partners, a private equity fund of funds platform within the Carlyle Solutions group, is seeking a full-time associate for its co-investment team with a start date of summer 2016. D.E. Shaw & Co is seeking to hire a credit opportunities associate. Responsibilities include generating investment ideas, performing initial investment/trade reviews, undertaking company and industry due diligence, financial and trade modeling/valuation and monitoring markets and investments. Asian investing experience is strongly preferred, as is experience in restructuring, private credit and event-driven public investing situations. The position is in Hong Kong.

Eureka Growth Capital Management is interviewing for an associate position in Philadelphia. The hire will be responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities, assisting in due diligence, performing industry research, writing internal investment and external financing memoranda, and assisting in strategic projects for portfolio companies. Also, he or she will play a substantial role in active investment transactions with responsibilities in building financial models, conducting due diligence, drafting memoranda and securing financing. Applicants should have a minimum of three years of experience at an investment bank, private equity firm or company corporate finance division. Hudson Advisors is looking to hire a senior analyst of investment reporting.The successful candidate will analyze financial and organizational information and prepare reports to analyze the financial position of the partnerships and its partners. Also, he or she will enhance, automate and support business processes between the investment/partnership reporting department and other departments throughout the company, while ensuring the accuracy of data. Applicants should have a minimum of three to five years of work experience, preferably in private equity. The job is in Dallas.
