Jobs of the week: Cambridge, Drum Capital, Ontario Teachers’ and UBS are hiring.

Drum Capital Management is recruiting for a director of private equity investor relations. The successful candidate will identify potential new investors in the institutional community and develop these relationships. Applicants should have seven to 10 years of relevant experience in private equity fundraising and investor relations; experience in credit markets is a plus. The job is in Stamford, Connecticut.

Cambridge Associates is seeking an investment director of enterprise advising for its Boston office. The hire will conduct analyses, prepare materials and advise clients (and/or colleagues) on strategic, accounting, governance and budgeting issues related to investment planning, strategic planning or liquidity planning. Also, he or she will lead enterprise review, strategic planning, governance and related projects for clients.

SVB Financial Group is seeking to add a vice president of private equity services to its New York City team. The VP will drive, manage and maintain banking and lending relationships with private equity and venture capital firms. Candidates should have a strong ability and desire to underwrite deals end-to-end. Also, he or she will review financial information, collateral and other assets to assess portfolio risk and profitability.

UBS is looking to hire an alternative investment attorney in New York City. Duties include providing advice on new product developments in addition to the preparation, filing and management of all regulatory filings, disclosures and other documents required under the federal securities laws. Applicants should be experienced attorneys (seven plus years) with extensive background in the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933, Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA rules.

Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan is interviewing for an investment associate of portfolio management. Duties include developing regular and ad hoc portfolio-wide analytics and reporting for Teachers’ Private Capital’s senior vice president and senior team to help facilitate decision-making. Candidates should have two to four years of related work experience, ideally in accounting or finance. The position is in Toronto.
