Also, he or she will perform internal product due diligence, including performance and risk analysis for on-boarding new strategies as well as monitoring on an ongoing basis. Candidates should have experience in investment management risk, audit and/or controls. The associates will be heavily involved in the evaluation, structuring, negotiation and financing of transactions, as well as in the implementation of operational improvements at portfolio companies. Candidates should have a minimum of one to two years’ experience at a leading investment bank, energy corporation or management consulting firm.
