Citi‘s Global Managed Investments private equity team is interviewing for a private equity Americas head. The hire will lead and manage a team responsible for CPB’s North American and South American private equity investment and syndication processes. This includes deal sourcing, investment underwriting/diligence, structuring, syndication and the ongoing monitoring of private equity opportunities. Candidates should have at least 15 years of private equity and management experience. The position will be based in either New York or Boston.
Credit Suisse‘s new private equity business Anteil Capital Partners is looking to hire a private equity associate. Duties for the M&A position include deal-related industry research, maintaining proprietary database of acquisition targets, conducting target due diligence as well as financial modeling and valuation.
AIG is seeking to hire an assistant portfolio manager of private equity. The hire will be responsible for assisting the private equity portfolio manager in the management of the PE portfolio, which includes investment due diligence, portfolio construction, portfolio monitoring, risk management as well as other tasks as they arise. Candidates should have five to seven years of relevant PE work experience, as well as the understanding and the ability to assess business, legal, and accounting issues involved in evaluating PE investments.
TriPost Capital Partners is interviewing for an acquisitions and investment analyst for its New York office. In addition to assisting in the various stages of the acquisition process, the candidate will be exposed to raising capital from third party capital providers, including endowments, foundations, pension plans, family offices and other private equity capital sources. Applicants should have one to three years of relevant real estate investment, acquisitions and/or finance experience (real estate investment banking, private equity or fund background preferred).
Macquarie Capital‘s Toronto office is seeking to fill an analyst position. Responsibilities include conducting industry and market research, maintaining databases of pertinent financial statistics, financial modeling of transactions and corporate merger opportunities, assisting in the preparation of presentations to clients and preparing internal and external documentation. Applicants should have one to three years of experience working in the technology sector or other growth industries.
