Bainbridge Capital is interviewing for a M&A vice president of sales and financial services. The hire will be primarily responsible for managing client relationships, managing a team of sales professionals and developing new investment relationships. Also, he or she will be involved in executing M&A transactions, capital-raising and other B2B financial services sales. Candidates should have seven plus years of investment banking sales or financial services sales experience. An MBA is preferred. The position is in San Diego.

HarbourVest Partners is looking to hire a compliance manager in the greater Boston area. The hire will contribute to the development, deployment and enforcement of global compliance policies and procedures. The hire will report to the chief compliance officer and assist with the administration of the firm’s code of ethics. Applicants should have four to six years of investment advisor, private equity or asset management compliance experience.

Goldman Sachs is recruiting for an associate for its IMD private equity group. The hire will support a team responsible for the accounting and financial reporting oversight for a number of funds. Also, he or she will coordinate quarterly financial statement preparation with external administrators as well as support investor and regulatory reporting. Applicants should have five plus years of experience. Private equity experience is preferred. The job is in Jersey City.

Law firm Goodwin Procter is looking to add a mid-level associate to its private equity group. Candidates should have experience working in teams on M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions in addition to exits and equity compensation, preferably for top private equity investor clients. Because the job is in Boston, Massachusetts Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is preferred. Pimco is seeking to hire an equity portfolio associate in its New York office. Duties include ensuring investment objectives are reflected across portfolios in scope. The hire will monitor portfolio positions and products versus client guidelines in concert with compliance team. Candidates should have two to five years of related experience in an equity buy or sell-side organization.
