Saudi Aramco Energy Ventures, a unit of Saudi Aramco, is recruiting for a portfolio manager at its Dallas office. The position is in the company’s new business development area. Candidates must have a minimum of eight years of experience with an emphasis on portfolio management in a venture capital or private equity environment. Experience working with early-stage venture capital companies is preferred. Also, applicants should be well-versed in financial statement analysis, basic accounting principles and IPEV valuation guidelines.

McGladrey is currently seeking a business development director of their private equity group. The successful hire will will serve as a leader and initiator in key private equity relationships for the firm in a designated geographic market. The position is high-profile director level. Requirements include 10+ years of professional services sales. Candidates living in and around the New York metro area are highly preferred.

Morgan Stanley Capital Partners is looking to hire a vice president. The position is a post-MBA associate and is based in New York City. Responsibilities include evaluating new investment opportunities, leading transaction execution, developing capital structure and valuation views; and monitoring portfolio companies to maximize value. Candidates should be graduates of a top-ranked business school, have at least two years of experience at a top investment bank or management consulting firm and two years of direct private equity investing experience. Kforce, a staffing firm that specializes in placing finance and accounting professionals at relevant firms, is seeking to fill a vice president of private equity accounting position for a client described as a “world class private equity firm.” The position is based in Jersey City, N.J. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing LP and GP allocations and implementing fund structures on an accounting system. Candidates should have a successful history of delivering large scale business/technology reengineering initiatives in the private equity, hedge funds and fund-of-funds businesses.
